Welcome to My Infinity Bookkeeper, LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our virtual bookkeeping services, website (“Website”), and client portal (“Client Portal”). 2. Services Offered:

My Infinity Bookkeeper, LLC provides virtual bookkeeping services, including financial transaction categorization, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and related services, as detailed in individual client agreements. Specific service details are outlined in the client agreement.

3. Access and Use:

3.1 Website: You may access and browse the public sections of the Website. However, certain resources or information requests may require you to submit a contact form.
3.2 Client Portal: Access to the Client Portal is restricted to authorized clients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Fees and Payment:

Fees for our bookkeeping services are outlined in individual client agreements. We accept ACH payments. Invoices are billed in advance of services on the first of each month. Payment is due upon receipt. Services will commence upon receipt of payment.

5. User Content and Submissions:

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all financial data and documents provided. You warrant that you have the right to provide this information. Do not submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content at our discretion.

6. Data Security and Privacy:

We take data security seriously. We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

7. Intellectual Property:

All content, logos, financial reports, and materials on the Website and Client Portal are the intellectual property of My Infinity Bookkeeper, LLC. Do not use without our written permission.

8. Termination:

8.1 Client Portal: We may terminate Client Portal access for violations, non-payment, or inactivity. Client agreements may also be terminated per the agreement terms.
8.2 Client Agreements: Either party may terminate the client agreement with 30 days written notice.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties:

Our services, Website, and Client Portal are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a purpose. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability:

My Infinity Bookkeeper, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, Website, or Client Portal, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, per the American Arbitration Association rules.
