My Infinity Bookkeeper provides cloud-based bookkeeping services to businesses. The specific services offered may vary and are outlined in individual client agreements.

  1. Access and Use

2.1 Website:

You may freely access and browse the public sections of the Website. However, certain features and content may require registration or a paid subscription.

2.2 Client Portal:

Access to the Client Portal is restricted to authorized users with a valid account and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Client Portal:

Access to the Client Portal and our bookkeeping services requires a paid subscription. Fees are outlined in individual client agreements. We accept ACH payments, and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments may be subject to late fees.

You are responsible for any content you submit to the Website or Client Portal (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the User Content or have obtained all necessary permissions to submit it. You agree not to submit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

7.2 Client Portal:

We may terminate your access to the Client Portal for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or inactivity for an extended period. Termination of your Client Portal access may also result in the termination of your bookkeeping services agreement.

The Website and Client Portal are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Website or Client Portal, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
